Job summary

Harvey is seeking Legal Product Specialists who are experienced lawyers from top-tier firms. You will leverage your legal expertise to help customers integrate Harvey into daily workflows, drive adoption, and support long-term expansion and renewal.

You will work with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to build trusted advisory relationships. You will translate legal needs into product feedback, design onboarding and training sessions, identify expansion opportunities, monitor

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• At least 3 years practicing law at a top-tier firm (Vault 50).
• Strong executive engagement with decision makers and credibility at all levels.
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Solid understanding of legal processes and challenges in practice.
• Curiosity about AI's potential to transform the legal industry.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams by understanding their workflows and offering tailored guidance on Harvey's AI integration.
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs to drive adoption and value.
• Act as a strategic partner to Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
• Proactively surface adoption obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Monitor usage trends and re-engage at-risk accounts or uncover untapped opportunities.
• Contribute to customer-facing content (training materials, use case guides, FAQs) to ensure ongoing success across practice areas.
• Support Harvey's brand by delivering high-quality, domain-specific guidance for top-tier legal professionals.
• Travel may be required to client offices and company sites.
