Job summary

Harvey is redefining how legal and professional services operate in the UK, leveraging AI to embed into daily workflows. We are seeking Legal Product Specialists with top-tier firm experience to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion with law firms and in-house teams.

You’ll design onboarding, lead training sessions, and partner with Customer Success and Sales to translate legal needs into product feedback. Travel to client sites may be required as part of a fast-growth strategy.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3+ years at a top-tier law firm (Vault 50+), with corporate or litigation focus.
• Executive engagement and client relationship skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with law firm and in‑house legal teams by understanding their workflows and guiding on integrating Harvey’s AI.
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption and value.
• Act as strategic partner to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal efforts with demonstrated impact.
• Proactively surface obstacles to adoption and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Translate legal needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Monitor usage trends and re-engage at-risk accounts or untapped opportunities.
• Contribute to customer-facing content to ensure success across practice areas.
• Support Harvey’s credibility by delivering high-quality, domain-specific guidance.
• Travel may be required to client sites and offices.
