Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Consultant (EMEA) who is a practicing or former lawyer to help customers understand, adopt, and realise value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers.

You will report to the Director Legal AI Transformation in EMEA, collaborating across the customer lifecycle to drive adoption of AI at scale and translate complex legal workflows into practical AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer currently admitted to practice in at least one EMEA jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of legal experience in law firm and/or in-house
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work
• Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., client advisory, legal tech, or business development)
• Ability to operate in cross‑functional and fast‑moving environments
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR
• First-hand knowledge of litigation and regulatory investigations workflows

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation
• Serve as a credible peer who can engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel confidently
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives
• Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity AI capabilities to real use cases
• Assist in securing legal wins by demonstrating the value of AI solutions
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption translates into growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Legal AI Consultant is a practicing or former lawyer who brings deep legal expertise and a passion for technology to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience purpose-built for lawyers. The Legal AI Consultant will report to the Director Legal AI Transformation in EMEA, with strong dotted line into the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the US. Working across the full customer lifecycle, this role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, with a primary focus on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Engage Lawyers as Primary Users: Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations

• Partnerwith Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact
• Actas Voice of the Legal Customer:Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on customer needs, usability, and adoption barriers
• Help refine product capabilities to better serve lawyer workflows
• Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and scalable assets for customer engagement
• Bridge Legal and Technical workflows and knowledge: Translate complex AI capabilities into practical, actionable insights for legal professionals
• Help customers understand how RelativityOne’s claiR and aiR products will impact specific practice areas and workflows
• Support internal teams in understanding legal user needs and behaviors

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Required Qualified lawyer currently admitted and in good standing to practice in at least one EMEA jurisdiction.
• Candidatesmust hold an active practicing license, not solely an academic law degree
• 3+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team (litigation experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work
• Experiencein client-facing roles (e.g., client advisory, legal tech, or business development)is a plus
