Job summary

Relativity seeks a Legal AI Consultant, a practicing or former lawyer, to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR/aiR. You’ll report to the Director Legal AI Transformation in EMEA, collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive adoption and workflow transformation across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in at least one EMEA jurisdiction.
3+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Ability to operate comfortably in cross-functional and fast-moving environments.
Hands on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows, and regulatory investigations workflows.

Responsibilities

Engage Lawyers As Primary Users: Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Drive Pre-Sales And Adoption Conversations: Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment; Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases; Help secure the 'legal win' by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of our AI solutions.
Enable Post-Sales Adoption And Value Realization: Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption; Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes; Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact.
Act As Voice Of The Legal Customer: Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on customer needs, usability, and adoption barriers; Help refine product capabilities to better serve lawyer workflows; Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and scalable assets for customer engagement.
Bridge Legal And Technical Workflows And Knowledge: Translate complex AI capabilities into practical, actionable insights for legal professionals; Help customers understand how RelativityOne’s claiR and aiR products will impact specific practice areas and workflows; Support internal teams in understanding legal user needs and behaviors
