Guide Dogs is seeking a self-motivated Legacy Campaign Marketing Executive to support legacy campaigns and supporter stewardship that drive acquisition, engagement and long-term value.
This permanent, part-time role is hybrid, with 1–2 days in Reading and the remainder from home, ideally 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Thursday.
You will coordinate content, manage supplier relationships and analyse campaign performance to improve future activity, delivering high-quality administration.

As a Legacy Campaign Executive at Guide Dogs, you'll support the delivery of impactful legacy marketing campaigns and supporter stewardship activities that drive acquisition, engagement and long‑term supporter value. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard, contributing to Guide Dogs' mission of helping people with sight loss live the life they choose. The Legacy Campaign Executive will be an expert in delivering high‑quality administration, managing multiple projects and competing deadlines, and collaborating effectively with colleagues and suppliers to ensure successful campaign delivery. Our Legacy Campaign Executives play a huge part in ensuring everything we do enables us to deliver on our purpose and exceed expectations, inspiring people to leave a gift in their Will to Guide Dogs.
This permanent role is offered on a hybrid basis, with attendance in our Reading office one or two days per week and the remainder of your working time from home. This is a part‑time role working 28 hours per week, ideally between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, although some flexibility may be considered.
You’ll have a highly organised approach to administration and coordination. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing competing priorities while remaining committed to delivering high‑quality, accurate work. You’ll act with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
