Lidl GB is opening a state-of-the-art Leeds regional distribution centre in 2027. You will join as a Warehouse Operative for goods issue and operational picking, supporting timely stock movement and order processing. Training is provided before launch, including regional and Luton training with EWM guidance.

Qualifications

• Motivated to pick stock quickly and efficiently.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
• Flexible to work in other areas (chiller, fresh, freezer).
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions via headset.
• Eye for detail to identify and report damaged items.

Responsibilities

• Follow picking instructions accurately via headset.
• Pack ambient products and work in other areas as needed (meat, fruit, frozen, chilled).
• Ensure deliveries are properly stacked and secure.
• Report damaged items to the manager.
• Work independently to complete orders.
