Job summary

Linear Recruitment are seeking an experienced Working Supervisor for a Leeds project involving factory demolition and a new-build development. You will oversee site operatives, coordinate daily activities and ensure safety and efficiency throughout the project.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage subcontractors on a live construction site in Leeds. This is an ongoing freelance assignment with a long-term outlook.

Qualifications

• Experience as Working Supervisor on demolition and/or new-build projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid CSCS card with safety qualifications (SSSTS/SMSTS a plus).

Responsibilities

• Ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently.
