Job summary

Gravity Recruit Limited in Leeds is supporting a rapidly expanding home interiors brand by hiring a Sales Consultant for its Leeds store. You will drive sales targets and ensure top-tier store standards while delivering an exceptional customer journey from first visit through after-sales service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sales, preferably in assisted sales like furniture or flooring, and is self-driven to meet and exceed targets. Weekend and bank holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in assisted sales environments such as furniture, flooring, electricals, or telecoms preferred.
• Able to demonstrate going above and beyond for customers, even when issues arise.
• Self-starter, highly driven and motivated to exceed targets.
• Flexible working including weekends and bank holidays.

• Maintain exceptional store standards and health & safety compliance.
