Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in residential retrofit/refurbishment for Leeds. You will lead multi-million-pound retrofit projects, autonomously driving timescales, budgets, and on-site team performance while maintaining high-quality delivery.

The role offers a clear progression path towards contracts management, with a discretionary 10% bonus, a company car or £5.5K allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or similar in retrofit/refurbishment projects.
• Background in residential refurbishments or retrofits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large retrofit and refurbishment residential projects across the Leeds area.
• Autonomously manage timescales, budgets and day-to-day work of Site Managers.
• Conduct property reviews and surveys and monitor supply chains.
• Ensure properties are completed to specification requirements.
• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
