Job summary

Deichmann in Leeds seeks a Retail Supervisor for a part-time, permanent role. You will lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, open/close the shop, handle cashing up, and ensure excellent customer service with strong product knowledge.

You will promote complementary products, work to hit sales targets and KPIs, and support team members as required. The post is 16 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate and commission.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and ideally supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work 16 hours per week in a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open & close the store, including cashing up and related admin.
• Provide excellent customer service and strong product knowledge.
• Promote complimentary products with each sale.
• Assist management to hit store sales targets and KPIs.
• Support team members as needed.
• Ensure the store is well merchandised and displays refreshed.
• Handle stock deliveries and transfers.
• Address customer queries and complaints.
