You will take over an existing caseload, build client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and work with senior leadership on growth strategy. This role offers leadership progression, equity options, and a flexible hybrid working arrangement with strong support from the firm.

Qualifications

• Senior Private Client Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm.
• Strong technical expertise across private client work.
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams.
• Well-connected in the Leeds/Yorkshire market with strong referrer relationships.
• Commercially astute with excellent client relationship skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Private Client team in Leeds.
• Take over and further develop an established caseload and client relationships.
• Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts and estate planning.
• Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
• Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and performance.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners.
