Page Personnel is assisting a national law firm in Leeds to hire a Real Estate Partner. The role focuses on leading a broad commercial property practice, developing strategic client relationships, and driving growth across the Leeds and national Real Estate teams.

The successful candidate will be an established Partner or Legal Director with a strong following and proven ability to generate their own work, and will lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team across the practice.

Formación

• Established Partner or Legal Director with substantial experience in commercial real estate law.
• Strong track record of generating own work and client following.
• Commercially minded with ability to convert business development opportunities.
• Experience building and leading a high-performing team across a national practice.

Responsabilidades

• Work on a broad range of commercial property matters including development, investment and occupier work.
• Drive business development to generate new instructions and expand the client base.
• Build and develop strategic partnerships with existing and new clients.
• Lead the Leeds Real Estate practice and mentor the growing team.
• Collaborate with Partners across Leeds to support the office's strategic objectives.
• Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities across the national Real Estate team.
• Advise clients on complex commercial property transactions focusing on commercial outcomes.
• Contribute to the firm's growth strategy through market engagement and relationship management.
