• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
• Advising clients on wills and estate planning
• Handling probate and estate administration matters
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting with trust creation and administration
• Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning
• Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Delivering a high standard of client care and practical legal advice
