Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services in Leeds is recruiting two Multi Skilled Engineers to join our team and deliver high-quality responsive and planned repairs across social housing properties.

You will perform trades including plumbing, joinery, tiling, bathroom and kitchen renewals, with tasks managed via a handheld device. A full UK driving licence and CSCS card are preferred; on-call flexibility is required, and a company van is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 trade qualification.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Blue CSCS card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs in social housing settings.
• Perform minor plumbing, joinery, tiling and bathroom/kitchen renewals.
• Work on occupied and void properties with attention to quality and first-time fixes.
• Operate handheld devices to receive and update tasks.
