Marsh Leeds seeks a Commercial Claims Handler to join the Marsh Claims Team. The role is hybrid, based in Leeds, requiring three days in the office weekly, and focuses on managing a portfolio of Commercial Claims (excluding Motor) with emphasis on service delivery to clients.

The successful candidate will bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, organised approach to delivering excellent client service while aligning with SLA/KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage an allocated caseload.
• Ensure all client requests and queries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
• Gather all relevant claims information and documentation.
• Provide claims advice to clients managing expectations and developments.
• Action all new claims and report to insurers within SLAs and KPIs.
• Communicate with key stakeholders and represent claims in meetings.
• Build and manage relationships with involved parties.
• Maintain accurate data capture and file upkeep.
• Produce claims reports as required.
• Adhere to regulatory process requirements.
• Process DA claims in line with scheme requirements.
• Ensure claims are accurately reserved.
