Job summary

KPMG LLP in Leeds is seeking a Facilities Assistant Manager to lead local facilities services and ensure a safe, productive office for colleagues and visitors.

You will act as the Leeds contact for facilities, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, monitor contracts, and contribute to process improvements while supporting health and safety audits and regional activities.

Regular travel to other North region locations will be required as part of regional cover and project support.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or workplace services roles.
• Experience coordinating suppliers and monitoring contracts.
• Experience supporting health and safety audits.
• Strong organisation and reporting to deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative, adaptable and regional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local facilities lead in Leeds; respond to queries.
• Provide professional facilities service for colleagues and visitors.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and consultants.
• Monitor supplier contracts and service levels; support SLAs.
• Maintain facilities procedures and SOPs for consistency.
• Coordinate health and safety audits and contractor activity.
• Prepare monthly reports and support regional cover and projects.
