Medical Protection Society (MPS) in Leeds City Centre is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineering Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, compliance and technical operations. You’ll be office based in Leeds City Centre with occasional travel to our London office, Kings Cross.

This senior role within our Workplace team focuses on ensuring safe, efficient operations with full statutory compliance, overseeing building services, facilities engineering and lifecycle asset planning to support

Qualifications

• Senior facilities/engineering background with multi-discipline skills.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical building services.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance programmes and lifecycle plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance and technical services.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance and statutory inspections.
• Own engineering compliance across building services and safety systems.
• Manage contractors and service providers, set performance standards.
