Job summary

Arden University in Coventry is seeking an organised administrator to coordinate teaching set-up and lecturer payment processes on a 6-month fixed-term contract, 37 hours weekly. The role includes a hybrid work pattern with 1 day travel to the Coventry head office.

You will support onboarding, payment administration and day-to-day operations for contracted and permanent academic lecturers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational abilities with proactive task management.
• Strong customer-focused attitude and service excellence.
• Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft 365 and Excel.
• Accurate processing of figures and payment details.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for teaching set-up and payment queries.
• Coordinate lecturer onboarding, teaching set-up and day-to-day non-academic operations.
• Work with the team to meet deadlines and maintain high service standards.
• Support stakeholders by promptly resolving complex queries.
• Maintain accurate lecturer payment records and flag issues.
• Raise and process purchase orders and timesheets accurately.
• Ensure all activities comply with Arden University policies.
