Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification or above in Motor Vehicle discipline.
• Significant industry experience within the automotive sector.
• Teaching qualification and assessor award desirable, though support may be available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality practical and theory-based Motor Vehicle lessons.
• Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning resources.
• Assess student progress through practical observations, assignments, and portfolio evidence.
• Provide constructive feedback and support students to achieve their full potential.
• Prepare learners for employment, apprenticeships, qualifications and industry expectations.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, engagement and academic progress.
• Support students with individual learning needs and work with support teams.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in open days, recruitment events and employer engagement activities.

About You
