Brooksby College, part of Loughborough College Group, is seeking a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to deliver engaging teaching across our Motor Vehicle provision, including study programmes and apprenticeship pathways.

The role emphasizes planning and delivering lessons, helping to develop curriculum in electrification and alternative fuels, and collaborating with colleagues to raise standards and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject area (or equivalent).
• Experience designing and delivering vocational/academic programmes to learners.
• Excellent planning, administration & organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering lessons that cover a broad range of engineering skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
• Supporting the development of the curriculum, particularly in vehicle electrification and alternative fuels.
• Collaborating with colleagues to improve the automotive offering and exceed learner and employer expectations.
