Brooksby College, part of Loughborough College Group, is seeking a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair to join our automotive team. You will deliver engaging teaching across study programmes and apprenticeships, covering a broad range of engineering skills.

The role requires a degree in a relevant subject, experience designing and delivering vocational programmes, and strong planning and administration skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject area (or equivalent).
• Experience designing and delivering vocational/academic programmes to learners.
• Excellent planning, administration & organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons that cover a broad range of engineering skills, knowledge and behaviours.
• Support the development of curriculum, particularly in vehicle electrification and alternative fuels.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve automotive provision and learner and employer outcomes.
