Job summary

Northbrook College is seeking a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to inspire and teach across Entry Level to Level 3 Motor Vehicle and Motorsport programmes. You will plan, deliver and assess practical and theoretical components, ensuring learners gain technical knowledge and professional behaviours.

You will collaborate with employers to keep the curriculum industry-relevant and provide students with valuable placements and progression opportunities.

What you will bring to the role:

A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Motor Vehicle, Automotive Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Current or recent industry experience within the automotive, motorsport or vehicle maintenance sector.

A passion for developing people, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.

Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, together with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching, learning and student outcomes.
