Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting a Lecturer in Foundation Learning for a Northamptonshire college on a permanent basis. The role combines teaching, learner support and team leadership to help learners develop independence, confidence and employability skills.

You will deliver engaging learning, adapt materials and supervise Learning Support Assistants, assessing student needs and coordinating access arrangements in an inclusive environment.

Formación

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
• Experience in education or learner support.
• Experience supporting learners with additional needs.
• Experience working with post-16 learners.
• Evidence of successful classroom practice that motivates and engages students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing CPD.
• Relevant qualifications or practical experience with animals (desirable).

The Role

As a Lecturer in Foundation Learning, you will play a key role in delivering engaging learning programmes and supporting students to develop independence, confidence and employability skills.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a similar education or support-focused role
• Experience supporting learners with additional needs
• Experience working with post-16 learners
• Evidence of successful classroom practice that motivates and engages students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to continuous professional development (CPD)
• Relevant qualifications or practical experience working with animals (desirable/where applicable)
