Job summary

Northbrook College is seeking a Lecturer in Aeronautical Engineering at our Shoreham Airport Campus to inspire the next generation of Aircraft Engineers.

You will teach, share industry experience, and deliver high-quality provision while supporting learners to reach their full potential in an inclusive learning environment.

The role includes opportunities to engage with industry partners and participate in specialist facilities, with a targeted retention incentive of up to £6,000 for FE teachers.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Aeronautical Engineering or be able to demonstrate substantial industry experience.
• Be CAA approved or able to evidence equivalent professional competence.
• Have English and maths skills at Level 3 or above.
