Arden University invites applications for a Lecturer to teach Health and Care Management (UG) on our programme. You will report to a Senior Lecturer and deliver engaging lectures to blended learning students while taking module leadership and acting as a Personal Academic Coach (PAC).

You will oversee assessment marking, provide high-quality feedback, and contribute to developing new programmes to stay aligned with industry trends and employer needs.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or equivalent in health related, data, AI, business strategy or quality assurance
• HE Teaching Qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA or commitment to gain within 12 months
• Undergraduate teaching experience

Aufgaben

• Deliver engaging and dynamic lectures for blended learning students
• Take on module leadership and develop learning materials and schemes of work
• Act as a Personal Academic Coach (PAC) to support student engagement and progression
• Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments and provide high-quality feedback
• Lead or support creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide academic advice to students
• Drive innovation in teaching, student support and assessment
