Job summary
Arden University is seeking a Lecturer to teach our Health and Care Management (UG) programme. You will report to a Senior Lecturer, deliver engaging blended lectures, take module leadership, and act as a Personal Academic Coach to support student progression.
The ideal candidate holds MSc or equivalent in health-related field, and a recognised HE Teaching Qualification or Advance HE Fellowship with undergraduate teaching experience. Desirable: experience in health and care management.
Qualifications
- MSc or equivalent in health related, data, AI, business strategy or quality assurance.
- HE teaching qualification or Advance HE Fellowship required; commitment to gain if needed.
- Teaching experience at Undergraduate level.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging blended lectures for Health and Care Management (UG).
- Take module leadership and develop learning materials and schemes of work.
- Act as a Personal Academic Coach to support student engagement and progression.
- Oversee assessment marking and provide high‑quality feedback.
- Lead or support new programme development and refreshing existing ones.
- Collaborate to provide academic advice and support to students.
- Drive innovation in teaching methods and student support.
