About the role

Ready to make an impact or looking for a meaningful career change? Lead and inspire students at the Fashion Retail Academy! We are seeking passionate and experienced professionals in Fashion Design to inspire the next generation of industry talent.

As Group Lead, you'll deliver innovative teaching by combining practical learning with key theories to achieve exceptional student outcomes. You will lead by example, setting high standards and supporting students throughout their educational journey.

About you

• Qualifications: Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (preferred but not essential).
• Experience: Strong industry experience in Fashion Design or teaching experience in an educational setting (ideally Post-16).
• Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of Fashion Design and the Fashion Retail landscape.
• Passion: Creative, enthusiastic, driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, committed to a career in teaching.

Salary:

Part-Time (FTE 0.5): From £17,000 to £18,000 per annum.
Full-Time (FTE 1.05): From £34,000 to £37,000 per annum.
