Job summary

The Sheffield College is seeking an inspiring Lecturer in GCSE English and Further Studies to join our dedicated teaching team on a temporary basis until 31 July 2027. You will deliver engaging English lessons, support diverse learners and help them achieve strong outcomes.

The Opportunity

This is a temporary role until 31st July 2027. We're looking for an inspiring Lecturer in GCSE English and FS to join our dedicated teaching team. This role is ideal for someone who loves their subject, enjoys motivating learners, and wants to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking learning environment. You will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of modules, using creative and engaging approaches to bring your subject to life.
