Lecturer - Electrical Installation

35 hours per week (1 FTE)

About the Role

Are you skilled in Electrical Installation or an Electrical Engineer/Manager with an Electrical Installation background?

Would you like to pass on your knowledge to the next generation?

Would you enjoy excellent employee benefits, including over 12 weeks paid annual leave per year?

We seek a self-motivated, reliable individual passionate about their subject. No teaching qualification is required as full training will be provided!

You should be a good communicator, enjoy working with people, and have good IT skills in applications such as MS Office and other relevant software. You will deliver Electrical Installation and, if qualified, Electrical Engineering subjects to a diverse student body at various levels.

As a professional member of UHI Inverness, you will prepare lessons, teach students, and assess their work. You will be an effective team member, delivering a high-quality curriculum and educational experience.

To apply, you must be qualified in Electrical Installation and have at least SCQF level 7 qualification or equivalent industrial experience.
