Job summary

NCG seeks a passionate Art & Design Lecturer to inspire learners across our Creative Service Industries. You will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, assess progress, and contribute to a high-quality curriculum that supports attendance, retention, achievement and progression.

Joining a supportive team, you will work with colleagues and external partners to enhance the learner experience, while upholding safeguarding and equality policies and embracing professional development.

Qualifications

• A relevant subject qualification (degree or equivalent) is required.
• A recognised teaching qualification.
• Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE 4/C).
• Ability to plan and deliver inclusive teaching for diverse learners.
• Knowledge of subject-specific pedagogy in FE/Higher Education.
• Clear communication and strong organisational skills.
• Confident using digital tools to support learning.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality and professional development.
