As a Lecturer in Arts & Design, you will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment that enables learners to achieve outstanding outcomes and progress towards their chosen career pathways.
Working within our Health, Creative Industries & Protective Services provision, you will teach across a range of Arts & Design programmes, creating engaging learning experiences that motivate, challenge and inspire students.
A key aspect of this role is the ability and experience of delivering Arts & Design qualifications across Levels 1, 2 and 3, ensuring learners develop the creative, technical and professional skills required to progress into higher education, apprenticeships or employment.
You will play a key role in curriculum development, learner progress, pastoral support and the continuous improvement of our provision.
