An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Pathway Leaving Care team for a full time permanent Personal Advisor to join us.
Our Pathway Team works with young people who have been under the care of the local authority and are now transitioning to adulthood. The team also works with separated migrant children and refugees.
This opportunity is available to external and internal applicants currently employed by East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
Working as part of a team of 5 social workers, 2 advanced social workers, 10 Personal Advisors, 1 Accommodation Officer, 1 Education, Training and Employment Advisor anda dedicated admin support to undertake service specific tasks, the roles report directly to the Team Manager.
