TECNIQ, a design, engineering and manufacturing business, is seeking a Leather Technician to join the team at our Witham facility. You will work on luxury automotive interiors, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
The role requires leather handling skills, attention to detail and the ability to read patterns and drawings. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm, salary from £12.71 per hour, with overtime possible.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leather Technician to join our growing team manufacturing luxury interiors for some of the world’s most exclusive and ultra-premium car programmes.

We are partners on ultra-premium, low-volume programmes delivering vehicle programmes for the ultra-exclusive, ultra-high-value automotive sector for automotive brands such as Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Ford GT, Aston Martin, Pininfarina, Gordon Murray and many more on such vehicles as, amongst others, the Mercedes AMG-ONE, Pininfarina’s Battista and Aston Martin’s Valkyrie Pro.
In addition we deliver full vehicle development, including chassis and powertrain, to high net-worth heritage racers via our heritage racing division, ADP Classic Racing. We restore and rebuild high-end classic racing cars, prepare drivers, manage a programme of touring and racing, and provide full event support.
This role is based at our Witham engineering facility.
Proven experience in leather automotive environment would be desirable
Proficiency with leather handling techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftmanship
Ability to read and interpret patterns, drawings, work orders etc
Good time management and ability to meeting deadlines
Understanding of workplace safety
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
Shift Information
Monday to Friday, 8am until 4:30pm
Overtime
Please note, overtime is available (dependent upon successfully completing probation and the requirements of the business).
