TECNIQ, Based in Witham, seeks a Graduate Design Engineer to support design, engineering and manufacturing solutions for ultra-premium automotive programmes. You will work closely with Lead Project Engineers and Senior Design Engineers to gain hands-on experience across the full product development process, from concept to vehicle build, under mentorship.

The Graduate Design Engineer will support the development and delivery of design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions for high-end, ultra-premium automotive programmes.
Working closely with Lead Project Engineers, Senior Design Engineers, and the wider engineering team, the Graduate Design Engineer will gain hands‑on experience in the design and development of vehicle components and systems. The role will provide the opportunity to develop technical skills across the full product development process, from initial concept and packaging through to design, manufacture, testing, and vehicle build.
The successful candidate will be supported and mentored by experienced engineers while progressively taking responsibility for assigned components and modules.

We are partners on ultra-premium, low-volume programmes delivering vehicle programmes for the ultra-exclusive, ultra-high-value automotive sector for automotive brands such as Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Ford GT, Aston Martin, Pininfarina, Gordon Murray and many more on such vehicles as, amongst others, the Mercedes AMG-ONE, Pininfarina’s Battista and Aston Martin’s Valkyrie Pro.
In addition we deliver full vehicle development, including chassis and powertrain, to high net-worth heritage racers via our heritage racing division, ADP Classic Racing. We restore and rebuild high-end classic racing cars, prepare drivers, manage a programme of touring and racing, and provide full event support.
This role is based at our Witham engineering facility.
The role requires a flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to business needs. While the key responsibilities cover the main duties of the role, additional tasks aligned with the general scope and level of responsibility may be required.
Up to £32,000 per annum.
Shift Information
Full Time, Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 16.30
Overtime
Overtime is available dependent upon the successful completion of probation period and the requirements of the business.
