About the Role

We are searching for a Leasing Manager to support our Leasing Team based in London, United Kingdom.

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for providing leasing and property expertise to all Subway restaurants/FZE's across the UK and Ireland. Support our Business Unit SMO Team, BDs, and FZEs in maintaining a strong property portfolio, with particular focus on lease renewals, rent reviews, closures, relocations, remodels, and key lease milestones.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating, reviewing, and approving all lease documentation related to new sites, renewals, rent reviews, deeds of variations, transfers, breaks, and surrenders.
• Managing legal relationships/matters related to property leases.
• Reviewing and approving lease-related payments with finance teams (rent changes, dilapidations, lease switching).
• Maintaining key store and lease information on SUBs/Tango systems. Providing weekly and monthly reports to assist with risk management.
• Handling leasing-related queries for weekly/periodic meetings: Pipeline, Temp Closures, Stores at Risk, Franchisee Portfolio Reviews.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional regional conventions or conferences within UK & Ireland.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Property/Leasing/Estate Management or Surveying; Membership to RICS is a plus.
• 7 to 10 years of leasing experience, preferably in QSR, restaurant, or franchising sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills. Ability to work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, proactive, highly motivated, with excellent time management and relationship-building skills.
• High emotional intelligence, presentation skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups.
