Property & Leasing Manager I Diversified Property Group

The Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Sydney-based real estate investment & property development group. The group's investment strategy spans a diverse property portfolio encompassing A-Grade CBD Commercial Office, Retail, Mixed-use & Industrial assets. The business is well-capitalised with a focus on investment opportunities that can deliver increasing yields through development upside and adaptive reuse.

The Opportunity
The Property & Leasing Manager is the primary point of contact for the tenants and occupiers within the property portfolio. This provides the opportunity to sustain and increase value through maximisation of leasing strategy & renewals.

The role will enable you to utilise your financial expertise through the establishment and control of Capex and Opex budgets, financial forecasting, and identification of cost efficiency or cost-saving initiatives.

The Property & Leasing Manager has close relationships with the investment, property development, and construction teams. You will be heavily involved in decision-making across the different teams and expected to provide your input as a property expert to enable well-informed decision-making and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

You will be supported by a maintenance and facility management team who will work closely with you to support the needs of the tenants and help manage external service providers.
