The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for the end-to-end leasing operation, leading and developing a small team of Leasing Associates to achieve ambitious commercial and customer service objectives.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the leasing strategy, identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships within the local market.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience within residential lettings, Build to Rent, property management or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Previous experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
• A proven track record of achieving leasing, sales or occupancy targets.
• A good understanding of local rental markets, competitor activity and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to think commercially and take ownership.
