Job description

The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing apartments for our multifamily unit community and assist with resident programs, admin, and resident retention.

Job Responsibilities

• Close sales, secure lease agreement and process applications

• Provide tours of community and follow up with prospects
• Input data into CRM
• Assist Property Manager with collections of delinquent rents
• Assist in planning resident functions
• Conduct competitive market analysis
• Follow policies/procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state and federal laws

Qualifications

• Prior Leasing experience required
• Knowledge of Yardi, RentCafe, Blue Moon, MeetElise, LRO
• Proven Sales and Closing skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
