Job summary

Service Care Solutions is seeking a Leasehold Officer in Islington, London for a 6-month temporary contract. The role focuses on leasehold administration, Section 20 consultations, service charge processing, and coordinating property inspections.

You will support day-to-day lease administration across a portfolio, ensuring statutory processes are followed, records are accurate and deadlines are met. This position requires strong organisation and stakeholder liaison skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Leasehold, Homeownership or Property Management.
• Knowledge of Section 20 consultations and service charge administration.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to liaise with surveyors, solicitors, managing agents and leaseholders.

Responsibilities

• Administering Section 20 consultations, preparing and issuing statutory notices, maintaining consultation records and deadlines.
• Processing service charge invoices and assisting with calculations, reconciliations and adjustments.
• Coordinating major works billing and preparing financial information for leaseholders.
• Arranging and coordinating leasehold scheme inspections with surveyors and contractors.
• Maintaining accurate leasehold records and correspondence.
