Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in Oldham is seeking a Managing Agent Officer on a permanent basis. This full-time role (35 hours per week) is based at Bower House, with hybrid working blending office days and home working.

You will deliver a high-quality leasehold management service and customer experience across developments, requiring strong knowledge of leasehold legislation, service charges, and is aimed at meeting performance targets while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Delivery of leasehold management service and customer experience.
• Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (S18-30) and leasehold reform acts.
• Ability to interpret and explain complex leasehold structures.
• Experience with scrutinising service charge demands and accounts.
• Experience meeting performance targets and managing workload.
• Health and safety compliance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent leasehold management service and customer experience on housing developments owned/managed by third parties.
• Interpret and apply relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines to cases.
• Provide high levels of customer service and handle diverse workloads to meet targets.
