Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Norwich is recruiting two Home Ownership Specialists for a hybrid role based at Reed House. You will deliver a compliant, customer-focused service to homeowners and leaseholders, and manage a range of processes to ensure a smooth, positive experience.

You will bring experience in housing or property management, strong knowledge of leasehold legislation, excellent communication, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of leasehold management and relevant legislation.

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS packages).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a compliant, customer-focused service to homeowners and leaseholders.
• Manage a range of home ownership processes ensuring a smooth, efficient experience.
• Review leases and interpret relevant legislation and engage with Section 20 where appropriate.
• Coordinate homeowner permission requests, including subletting and major alterations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve outcomes.
