Clarion Housing Group is seeking two Home Ownership Specialists in Norwich. This hybrid role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience across the home ownership journey, with responsibilities in leasehold management and stakeholder collaboration.
You will handle complex enquiries, interpret leases and legislation, and support homeowners through subletting and major alterations requests. Training will be provided in a Norwich-based office.

Salary: £33,239 - £38,514 per annum

Within our Home Ownership Directorate, we are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the homeownership journey, from first enquiry through to move-in and beyond. We're now seeking two Home Ownership Specialists to join our friendly and dedicated team in Norwich.
As part of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering a compliant, customer-focused service to our homeowners and leaseholders. You'll manage a range of home ownership processes, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for our customers.
Customer service is central to this role. You'll bring a proven track record of delivering high-quality service, along with strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex or sensitive enquiries with confidence. Working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, you'll help deliver outcomes that make a real difference.
You’ll also have a good understanding of the wider home ownership sector. A background in housing or property management is essential, alongside proficiency in MS Office and a solid standard of education and experience in leasehold management and legislation is highly desirable.
Candidates should have experience in leasehold management, with the ability to review and interpret leases and relevant legislation and be confident in investigating non-standard cases. Candidates will also have a strong understanding of Section 20 and QLTA consultations. You'll also play a key role in managing homeowner permission requests, including subletting and major alterations.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Norwich. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 4 days a week during the training period, then 1- 2 days a week after.
