Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Lease & Data Administrator to support our Development team across the UK & Ireland. You will maintain lease and property data, manage records, and support governance and reporting to enable informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with Surveyors, Estate Management, Finance and global partners to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and efficient cost management within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in lease administration, property data management, or a similar real estate support role.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, including key terms, obligations, and financial structures.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy, validation, and governance.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate lease and property data across core systems (e.g. TRIRIGA or equivalent), ensuring completeness, consistency and audit readiness.
• Track key lease events including rent reviews, expiries, break options and renewals, ensuring critical dates are proactively managed.
• Maintain core property records, including landlord details, ownership structures and contractual obligations.
• Support validation of service charges, rates, insurance, and other property costs, ensuring alignment with lease terms and best practice.
• Work with Real Estate Accounts and lease management teams to ensure liabilities are reflected in payment schedules.
• Assist in reviewing landlord charges and support query resolution or challenge processes.
