Job summary

peopleworth is seeking a Learning Systems Engineer to safeguard the technical integrity of an AI-driven learning programme. You will verify code, integrations and learner environments, ensuring reliability and reproducibility for delivery.

You will also support learners and coach non-technical colleagues in using Git and AI-assisted workflows. The role emphasizes hands-on technical assurance, collaboration with Learning Experience Designers, and contributing to the learning technology stack.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing and quality assurance, with code review.

Responsibilities

• Verify that code and learning environments run end-to-end in target environments.
• Test integrations between learning storyboards, code, repositories and Canvas LMS.
• Identify gaps and failure points across the learning tech stack.
• Set up and maintain learner repositories and environment configurations.
• Provide frontline technical support during live delivery to learners.
