Job summary

Apprentify is seeking a proactive professional to own and optimise our learning platforms, coordinating Canvas and Bud to ensure smooth learner journeys. You’ll QA courses, collaborate with curriculum and product teams, and translate complex tech issues into clear guidance for non-technical colleagues.

Ideally you’ll be curious about AI-enabled tools, pilot new platforms, and grow into broader tech areas like APIs, Microsoft 365 and automation

Qualifications

Experience with at least one learning management system or apprenticeship platform.
Track record of quickly learning unfamiliar technology and applying it.
Strong problem-solving instincts; investigate issues thoroughly.
Confident communication; explain technical problems to non-technical colleagues.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

Configure and administer Canvas and Bud; build and maintain digital learning programmes.
Run structured QA checks on courses for formatting, accessibility and usability.
Collaborate with curriculum, product, delivery and quality teams to map requirements to learner journeys.
Explore AI-enabled learning tools; pilot and assess new platforms for adoption.
Grow into adjacent technical areas like Microsoft 365, Azure, APIs and automation.
