Job summary

Randstad Education is partnering with an exceptional adult day service near Cranleigh, Surrey to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Worker for autistic adults aged 18 and above.

This role offers a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule (9:00 am–5:00 pm) with a driving requirement to Cranleigh. The modern setting includes a community café, training kitchen, and outdoor garden that support real-world learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care or SEN (personal or voluntary counts).
• Ability to provide intimate personal care with empathy and respect.
• Enhanced DBS check required and proof of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic adults across varied daily tasks in the community café, training kitchen, and outdoor garden.
• Proactively manage complex behavioural needs with a calm, positive, and gentle approach.
• Provide respectful, dignified intimate personal care to ensure learners feel safe and comfortable.
• Monitor and record learner progress using a structured, supportive approach.
