This Ofsted Outstanding adult education centre has an opportunity to join their team! Located in the community of Cranleigh, the centre supports around 40 learners with Autism and associated conditions. Learners receive specialist day services, with individualised learning support tailored to their unique needs and desires. Key Skills required:

-Experience of working in community based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

-Comfortable working with challenging behaviour

-Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff

-A positive and resilient attitude

-Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language & Maths

-Care certificate is desirable

-Own means of transport desirable
