Join us as a 1:1 Support Worker

Play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for learners with special needs at an outstanding adult education centre in Cranleigh, near Guildford. This recognised centre caters to nearly 40 students with Autism and related conditions, providing specialised day services and personalised learning support.

Our dedicated team is committed to person-centred support and customised learning programmes, empowering community members to embrace independence, foster social inclusion, and make positive life choices.

Your Role
  • Design and implement tailored learning programmes
  • Offer steadfast support and nurture independence and inclusion
  • Collaborate closely with staff to shape futures of adults with ASD and disabilities

Candidate Qualities
