About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.

You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements. You may also need to administer personal care and medication.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.

Ashley Place in Bognor Regis is a residential care home located on the seafront, close to the town centre. Designed in consultation with residents, the service offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, with highly experienced, trained staff.

In addition to the residential home, we offer a range of disability and rehabilitation services, working with people in the community and in their own homes.

We also provide wellbeing and respite stays. Our seaside location makes Ashley Place an ideal spot for short breaks or longer stays. Some people use the service while adaptations are made at their homes. The facility includes five designated rooms on the second floor, with the first floor serving as a residential care service for adults with disabilities, and the ground floor featuring communal spaces for socializing and dining.
