This is a varied role in which you will support people to attend our learning centre in Kennington, Oxfordshire as well as provide one-to-one support out in the community. Day-to-day activities include supported employment, arts and crafts, snooker, baking, drama, music, dance, and horticulture; the list is endless!

One day you may find yourself supporting a small group to visit the Abingdon Market, play a few rounds of mini golf or go for a swim. The next, you could be taking William* to his work experience at a local farm or on a visit to a museum.

Perhaps you'll spend the afternoon in our learning centre where there is a computer suite, fully accessible kitchen, sensory/ games room and large courtyard which everyone likes to relax in on a sunny day. We hold a monthly disco which is an opportunity for everyone to let there hair down and have some fun! There is always lots going on and we like to say that nothing is off limits, so if you had any ideas or hobbies of your own we would love to hear from you.
